Shop through CashItBack, and earn up to 25% cashback at your favorite stores. How? Well the answer is very simple. Stores pay us a fee/commission when you shop. We then share the fee directly with you – isn’t it simple.
Incredible deals don't end with cash back. We search for cut-rate coupons and exclusive offers plus amazing deals on hot products. You can even club some of our deals together. Save big by using coupons and getting cash back at the same time! You really can save a lot.

Best of all, we never charge a membership fee. We just send you the money that is owned by you via Cheque. And yes don’t worry we send them without any unwanted attachments.

How do I join CashItBack?

If you wish to join the website all you need to do is giving us your email address and register on the website.

Now the next question you would be thinking is why we need your address. Well it’s just that we can contact you when you have earned sufficient money for a payout. You can start shopping and earning cash as soon as you’ve signed-up.

Don't have a password?

When you are here to create a new account, it will ask for a password. If in case you forget your password you can use the “Forgot Password” link to request for a new password and reset it any point of time. Please note that this link will only be valid for 30 minutes.

How do I make sure that I am earning cash back? 

Purchases you make at CashItBack stores are only credited if you start your shopping session at CashItBack.com or another CashItBack service (like the CashItBack toolbar – Coming soon) and click to a store via a CashItBack link.

As much as we'd like to give you cash back even if you do not start shopping via an CashItBack link, we have no way of proving you are our member to the store without your click.

If you click through CashItBack and make a purchase, then surf elsewhere on the Web and return to that store and make a second purchase, your second purchase will not earn a cash back reward. (You must click through a CashItBack link every time you shop at a store site.) If you use multiple windows on your browser, the window in which you shop at the store must have come from a CashItBack link. Also, while virtually all product purchases at the stores are eligible for cash back, there are a limited number of products that do not qualify for cash back. Please read offer details carefully to avoid confusion.

Can I use CashItBack if I live outside the India?

Unfortunately we’ve pay-out system in India. We’ll let you know if there’s a change in our policy in the near future.

What if CashItBack doesn't offer the store I want?

We work daily to ensure our members that they enjoy a variety of goods and services from quality stores. If you would like to recommend a store, simply contact us and inform us about the store you’d like to see in our stores. We will help in every possible way to add your preferred store.

What if I want to return or cancel an order?

This is subject to the return policy of the store from where you purchased. If you return or cancel an item, we have to return any cash back earned from that sale. Exchanges also usually return the cash back awards. In the process of an exchange, the store would annul the old order and replace it with a new one. When the store creates the new order, it usually fails to capture the referral from CashItBack and credit us a commission. To avoid losing cash back on an exchange, we recommend returning the merchandise and making a new transaction via CashItBack.

What is the Member Referral Program?

Tell your friends and family about how easy it is to save big amount by shopping through CashItBack. When someone you refer makes their first qualified purchase, we'll reward the member who referred them. Please remember we only allow one account per person, so you can't refer yourself. FAQ’s

When do I get paid ?
It takes us anywhere between 30 to 90 days to get your payment from the Merchant, we send you a CashBack payment for purchases as soon as we get it from the Merchant. However we’ve limited the minimum payout amount to Rs.500 so that we can manage payouts more efficiently. The second your account balance reaches Rs.500 you can initiate a payout. We’ll send you your money immediately!

How  soon will I get my cashback when I make a purchase?
CashBack is not instant and payment takes, on average, Two to Three month for most merchants. So please be patient – it’s worth it!
Sometimes we do have merchants who do take longer to pay and it’s very frustrating when this happens. If your payment does take longer than average please be assured that your cashBack will be paid to you.

How do I actually get my money off this site into my account?
Assuming that the status of the transactions you are enquiring about is showing as “Validated” then we’ll go through our normal payment method. We’re constantly adding more and more ways to ensure smooth payments to our users. Currently our preferred mode of payment is cheque. We can also do an online bank transfer once your address has been verified with us. Alternatively you can use your account balance to recharge your phone for the relevant talk-time. Unfortunately we don’t provide payouts to Paypal, etc.

Why is there Such a Long Delay before my Cashback becomes Available?
Generally speaking, the merchants get invoiced for the cashback after the end of the calendar month in which the transaction occurred. This means that if your transaction was at the start of a month, then you will probably be waiting a longer time for your cashback than someone who purchased at the end of a month. Also, the tracking times vary from merchant to merchant. Some cashback’s happen within a week while some take up to 3 months. Unfortunately it is something we have no control over. We try our very best to pay our users as soon as the merchants clear payments on their end. In fact most credit card cashback schemes take up to or more than 6 months to come back to you.

Why has my Cashback been replaced with Zero?
If this has happened then I’m afraid it means that the merchant has declined your cashback for some reason. We try our level best to ascertain the reason for the same. Common reasons for rejection of a Cashback on part of the merchant are as follows:

1. The purchase (or part of the order) has been returned or cancelled.
2. There was a problem during payment
3. Although the merchant has tracked your transaction – they have decided that it didn’t qualify under their CashItBack terms for some reason.

My Cashback has Tracked, but at a Lower Amount than Expected.
Firstly, has your Purchase Amount also tracked at a lower amount than expected? If so, please write to us.
If your purchase amount appears to be correct, but your cashback is lower than expected then it may be that the CashItBack deal offered by the merchant has recently changed. Please do let us know so that we may change the rate shown – although our systems should pick up any changes pretty quickly.

We apologize if you feel you have lost out for this reason – but from time to time our rates may become out of date – and this is normally through no fault of our own, as we are not always informed when merchants change their rates. You should hopefully have noticed the discrepancy pretty quickly – in which case you should be able to return the item if the cashback was very important to you.

I can see no Mention of Transaction in my Account Pages.
Transactions may take a good few days to show up within your account pages.
If you have, however, already waited more than, say, 30 - 90 days and there is still no sign of your transaction, then the best thing to do is to submit a Missing CashItBack Enquiry. The most common reason for a cashback not being tracked is due to your browser settings rejecting our tracking cookie.

All my tracking information isn't getting displayed correctly.
Different merchants operate differently. While some are up front in showing information, some choose not to. We try to show as much information about your transaction up front as possible. In case some of your transaction details fields are empty its simply because the merchant hasn't shared it with us.

Why haven’t I received my money yet?
It unfortunately takes quite a while for your money to reach us from the merchant (Anywhere between 30 to 90 days on average) so we are most likely still waiting to receive your cashback ourselves. We estimate when your transaction will become payable on your account overview page and also on each individual merchant page. Rest assured we will for every single transaction that has been tracked and validated successfully.

Both my Purchase and Cashback have been reported as lower than expected. Why?
Some merchants will only pay cashback on the ex-VAT price and most won’t pay cashback on the Delivery cost. This can mean that you have a lower purchase amount reported and consequently a lower Cashback amount.
Where we have been informed that the ex-VAT price only is used we have added this to the merchant information page as a guide – but there may be several such merchants where this isn’t indicated.
